EXCHANGE POLICY

A. Damaged/Wrong Product –

It is very unlikely, but if in case you received a damaged/wrong product, do not worry. Just write an email to info@beattrangi.com mentioning your Order ID and a picture of the product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Please note, There may be natural distinctions that are not product flaws, such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade or handcrafted products. Return requests based on such variations won't be covered in our return policy.

Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.


B. Exchange for any other reason:

We want to keep our customers happy. In case you wish to exchange the products in your order with other products, for any reason apart from defective/damaged/wrong products, please drop us an email with your request at support@kanjicreation.com

Depending on the circumstances of each case, we would entertain the request based on the availability of desired products. Please note that in such cases, the customers will have to bear the to and fro shipping costs.

Our policy on exchange for such reasons lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If unfortunately, you decide to not keep the product, please inform us via mail within 7 days of delivery and courier the product to the following address, after carefully packing it so that it doesn't break in transit

Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue you a refund of the same within 5-7 days of receiving your return.


Please note :

This is not applicable to products bought during Promotional Sales. There is NO EXCHANGE policy for Promotional Sales.

Also, If we receive the product damaged, NO reimbursement of any sort will be issued. Nor will the parcel/product be shipped back to you again.


ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

There have been a few unfortunate instances wherein customers have resorted to fraudulent practices. Such fraudulent practices include claiming missing products, damaged products, etc. in the package. We are a quality focussed firm and there are multiple levels of checks and audits before we ship orders to the customers. All the orders are carefully packed.

Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and it should include the unboxing of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video with us for any claim.
